Exchange & Return Policy – DRIPPED

At DRIPPED, each product is made with attention to fit, quality, and style. Since most of our apparel is made on order, we follow a transparent Exchange & Return Policy to set clear expectations for our customers.
1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

* Stitched and non-customized clothing
* Orders delivered within India only
2. Size Exchange Policy

* DRIPPED allows a one-time size exchange per order.
* Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
* Customers must email *[info@dripped.co.in] mentioning:
* Order ID
* Product name
* Required new size

* Reverse pickup will be arranged by DRIPPED.
* The product must be:

* Unworn and unwashed
* With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
* Once received, the product will undergo a quality check.
* After approval, a fresh piece in the new size will be manufactured and dispatched.
* No second exchange or return is allowed once an exchange is completed.

If the exchange is rejected due to quality issues, the product will be sent back to the customer.

4. ⁠3. Returns Against Store Credit

* Returns are accepted only against store credit.
* Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
* Store credit:

* Issued after successful quality inspection
* Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
* Can be used only once
* No cash, bank, or wallet refunds are provided.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchange Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Customized or made-to-measure products
* Sale or discounted items
* Accessories
* Home décor items
* Products marked as “No Return / No Exchange” on the product page.
5. General Guidelines

* Items must be returned in original condition, including tags, labels, and packaging.
* Products that are worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or altered will be rejected.
* Return shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
* In case reverse pickup fails due to customer or courier issues, the customer must contact DRIPPED for rescheduling.
* Repeated COD order refusals may lead to COD being disabled.
* Excessive returns or exchanges may result in future orders being treated as non-returnable and non-cancellable.

6. Order Cancellation by DRIPPED

DRIPPED reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

* Stock unavailability
* Pricing or listing errors
* Suspected fraud or verification issues

If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
