If payment has already been processed for an order that is subsequently cancelled by Dripped, a full refund will be initiated.
Payments for orders must be made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. Net Banking, UPI, Cards, Wallets). Prepaid orders will be processed only after successful realization of payment. Dripped does not store full credit/debit card details. You agree that the payment method you use is valid, that you have required funds, and that you are authorized to use it. Dripped is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment instruments unless caused directly by Dripped’s negligence.
While Dripped strives to display product images and descriptions accurately, actual product may vary slightly due to monitor display, photography, lighting or other factors. You acknowledge that these variations are acceptable and Dripped will not be held liable for minor discrepancies in colour, texture or appearance.
Dripped will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout. However, various factors beyond our control (logistics delays, courier issues, natural calamities, administrative obstacles) may cause delay. Dripped will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to such circumstances.
